Every painting is packed by hand and sent tracked. Your exact shipping cost is shown in the bag once you choose your country.
Where paintings ship from
The current collection is stored in Ukraine and ships from there. New paintings are made and shipped from Kate's studio in Tarifa, Spain. Each painting page tells you where it ships from.
Paintings leave within 5–10 working days of your order. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Packing
Canvases travel wrapped in glassine and bubble wrap with corner guards, in a rigid box. Watercolours and pastels travel flat in a protective mat between boards. Frames shown in some photos are not included unless the listing says so.
Customs, VAT and duties
Orders shipped from Ukraine to the EU, the UK, the US and other countries cross a customs border. Your country may charge import VAT and a carrier handling fee on delivery; these are paid by the buyer and are not included in the price. Original artworks often qualify for a reduced import VAT rate — for example in many EU countries.
Paintings shipped from Spain to other EU countries have no customs charges.
